Description:

This is a version of BlackEmperor’s Africa Plus updated to 1.19, I will not be adding or expanding upon this mod, only maintaining it if I have the time.

In order to keep the mod compatiable, this version integerates several things from RICE with Cyberxkhan’s permission, I highly recommend using it as it greatly enhances the African experience and the creator has worked with BlackEmperor in the past.
