EK2 Submod Updated: Imperial Decisions
all credit to https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2947881353 and its creator, this update hopefully just refreshes their work and shifts some small things around.
things ive changed;
probability to become dragonborn once donning the amulet (previously 1%, now 50%, might change it to 25%)
the groups that can don the amulet (previously just cyrodiilic cultures, now any pantheon which follows the divines, the dragons or the one
slight buffs to dragonborn trait (now has +10 prowess!, might take it down to 5)
you can now search for the amulet if your an adventurer with a camp in sancre tor!
