[WOTC] Supreme Focus
This mod adds a new ability to the Templar at Major rank: Supreme Focus.
Supreme Focus requires Deep Focus as a prerequisite and allows the owner to utilize yet another Focus level, maxing them out at 4 Focus
By default, Supreme Focus gives the Templar +4 Rend damage, +4 mobility, and +35 dodge.
It also expands on the effectiveness of numerous other Templar abilities, all of which are listed here:
- Rend – 20% chance to stun, 40% chance to disorient.
- Volt – Jumps around up to 4 nearby targets.
- Amplify – Lasts for 4 hits before ending.
- Pillar – Lasts for 4 turns before ending.
- Stun Strike – Gains +20% on base hit chance.
- Deflect/Reflect – 70% chance to activate.
- Arc Wave – Deals 8 psionic damage to all affected units.
- Ionic Storm – 7.5 tile radius. Deals 4-12, 8-16, and 12-20 psionic damage for Shard, Tempest, and Celestial Gauntlets, respectively. All damage is doubled against psionic units.
- Void Conduit – Drains health for up to 4 enemy action points (2 full turns, 11 damage total).
- Ghost – Starts with 3 Focus (+4 with Meditation), and can attain a maximum HP of 16.
In addition, another ability is added to the Templar at Sergeant rank: Scorch.
Scorch requires Aftershock as a prerequisite and inflicts a 2-turn disorientation effect on all enemies struck by Volt. It also moves Pillar up to Lieutenant rank to keep the upgrade path of Volt constant.
This mod can be used mid-campaign, but will not work retroactively on existing Templars.
