YK Teleporter Fix

Changes random teleportation between teleporters with the same ID to optional.
One-to-one ID and random teleportation on the same map remain the same as before.

同じIDのテレポーター間のランダム転送を選択式に変更します。
一対一のIDや同一マップ上のランダム転送は従来のままです。
