# House Designer

**House Designer** is a comprehensive expansion of the vanilla House Customizer system.

Tired of always starting the game as a complete stranger? Now you can freely decide your own origins, family ties, and bloodline.

This mod allows players to:

* Join any existing House or Dynasty
* Choose real parents or generate missing parents
* Create step-sibling relationships
* Create bastard relationships
* Join a family as a close relative or distant kinsman
* Automatically integrate into existing House, Dynasty, and lineage structures

## Additional Features

* Unlock the **Grant Nobility** interaction for rulers

Whether you want to play as the long-lost bastard of a king, a distant descendant of an ancient dynasty, or create an entirely new family story of your own, this mod gives you the tools to do so.

Create your own family history and forge your own dynastic legacy.

## How to Use

### New Games

* Select the special trait in the Character Designer.

### Existing Saves

* Use the special decision available in the Decisions menu.

### Joining a House

* Once you have the special trait, the **Join House** interaction will become available.

## Compatibility

* Compatible with existing save games (new campaigns recommended)
* Does not modify the map
* Does not add cultures or religions
* Compatible with most gameplay mods
