RPG Overhaul – Psionic Specializations
Adds 2 trees, the Telepath and Resonant trees from the Psi Operative to the RPGO specialization options.
Soldiers must use Psi Amps if they wish to use psionic skills, which will not appear in the inventory until the Psionics research is completed.
Psi Amps are given a +50 Psi Offense boost to make up for the RPGO Soldier’s nonexistant psi stat.
Psi Amps are now also compatible with the Biotic Class Specializations. If you use both this plugin and the biotic plugin, use the vanilla psi amps, not the biotic amps, and they will work for both class’s abilities.
Also supports Psionic Melee, for use with both Psi Op and Biotic class abilities.
