Conqueror at Will
Ever wanted to give a bit of steam to a particular ruler, but you’re too far away to help them? Or ever wished someone took care of those bad, big, mean blobs encroaching on your borders?
This mod allows players to grant or revoke the Conqueror trait to any independent ruler. Also check out my other compatible mod "Conquerors Rebalanced" if you want.
