Lost Autofire
Adds the new ability "Lost Autofire" to every soldier.
This ability lets the soldier shoot lost and reload till all lost in sight are "dead" or the action points run out.
The ability uses an AI Behaviour Tree to priorize targets with with higher to hit chance and lower health first.

Known issues:
In zipmode the soldier can aim in a different direction than he shoots. This is "vanilla snappier behavior" and can’t be fixed at this point without the Highlander.
