This is my WOTC variant of the Dedicated Medical Marksman. Fully tested and has multiple perks specificly for promotions in the Advanced Warfare Center. A mix between Medic and Sniper, the Specops Medical Marksman can use a vektor rifle very well, and can use a Gremlin for medical purposes very effectively. His standard loadout is a Vektor and Gremlin. Shotgun can also be used, if you are so inclined. Built with WOTC in mind, and requires it! He and his Gremlin are both fit for field duty.
BUGS: one of the perks, i think rapid fire or return fire, will say it uses grmelin, this is just an issue with game not knowing its vektor being used. don’t worry about it
