摘要：本mod针对共计减少了222+个地块，并且新增了文化合并决议。目前地区间道路进行了初步修复，并完成了被缩减地块的适配。未来还会继续更新，有bug可以在评论区或者私信反馈。

The Pop Merging decision has been moved to the "Pop Merging" mod, which you can find by searching on the Steam Workshop.

Abstract: This mod reduces the total number of provinces by over 222 and adds a new culture merging decision. Basic repairs have been made to interregional roads, and adaptation for the reduced provinces has been completed. Future updates are planned.
