Covert Action Missions
Essentially a re-imagining of Start Your Own Missions: this adds in the ability to start Guerilla Ops, Supply Raids, Resistance Ops and Soldier Rescue missions (for soldiers captured by ADVENT: the game already has a covert action to rescue soldiers captured by the Chosen), through covert actions.
Specifically:
Supply Raids and Soldier Rescue merely require soldiers available to do the covert actions.
Guerilla Ops requires that you have at least one faction you’ve gotten some influence with, and a Sergeant to do the mission.
Resistance Ops requires the maximum level of influence with a faction, along with a Lieutenant from that faction.
