Royal Navy Type 31 ‘Inspiration Class’ Frigate
The not yet built Type 31 comes to Sea Power! This British designed general purpose frigate is great for littoral missions, light patrol work, and low intensity force projection. Armed with the Sea Ceptor anti air missile, Naval Strike Missile as an interim measure (SPEAR5 is hard to find any information on), flight deck for ‘Merlin’ (just a Sea King) or Wildcat helicopters and advanced gun and radar systems. Polish variants included (but not their unique systems). Indonesia included if you have fun with flags installed. Massive thanks to ManeuverWarfare for letting me adapt the FREMM.
Update: Moved weapons to correct positions. Changed VLS loadout to 16x quad packed Sea Ceptor/CAMM and 16 SPEAR 5/FCASW. Added sonar and NSM box launchers. This represents an amalgam between the Polish and British versions of this ship, or a ‘fully loaded’ design by the RN given the high intensity nature of Sea Power.
