Made various changes to battle stats in the "00_defines.txt" vanilla file. I combined the best changes from…

– "Gambo’s Most Excellent Super Compatch" https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2941627704 (I used Gambo’s "00_defines.txt" file as the base for changes. Contains other various changes he made for compatibility with his mod pack)

### Installation

– Place last in load order. This mod overwrites the vanilla "00_defines.txt". Any other mods overwriting the same file will need a compatch. (Unless using "Gambo’s Most Excellent Super Compatch" since this was made using his file as a base.)

###Changes

From "Minty’s" :

"- Speed of levy recovering has been cut by about over half

– Man at arms recovering has been cut by half, but still much faster then levy to recover

– Max shattered retreat distance gone from 15 to 7 provinces

– preferred shattered retreat distance gone from 7 provinces to 4

– The multiplier for amount of war score from battles has been increased from 0.2 to 0.5"

From "Decisive Battles":

– Fatal casualties in main battle phase are now 50% (up from 30%).

From "Gathering Takes Time":

– Reduced gathering speed of local armies to be slightly faster than retreating
