Expanded Culture Tweaks
Or: Assorted Culture Tweaks but I added a few more changes and it was necessary for a different mod I’m working on.
What this does:
-Repeats the changes brought by Assorted Culture Tweaks, and
-Moves MAA upgrades from the eras to innovations within the eras
-Creates parity for all Men-At-Arms; MAA unlocks are now defined within the MAA files, rather than being spread across innovations
The MAA changes are prefixed with "22" so any later loading file (ie: prefixed "23" or "zz") should overwrite them
