_Prospecting Projects_
Six repeatable city Projects, one per Strategic Resource: Domesticate Horse and Prospect Iron, Coal, Oil, Aluminum, and Uranium. Each becomes available with the technology that reveals its resource and grants 1 copy of that resource on completion, at an increasing Production cost per repeat (up to ten times per city).
