Just Equip It
Does your pawn have 5 different psycasts to instantly kill someone, but refuses to hold an eltex staff because they "refuse to do violence"? Or does your pawn with 20 plants refuse to hold a shovel for that +5% harvest yield? If so, then this mod is for you. This mod allows pawns incapable of violence to be able to equip anything any other pawn can. They still wont be able to use them in combat, but they will benefit from any bonuses their equipped weapon provide.
Skips violence checks when a pawn is ordered to equip something. Uses a simplified version of the implementation in More Than Capable. I wanted to allow non-violent pawns to equip things without getting all the other functionalities of that mod.
