Description:

Flash npc from In Sound Mind on VJ Base

Flash has resist to bullets (10% from bullet and buckshot, 50% from airboat gun), but takes x1.5 damage from electricity and dissolve. His missiles are slightly homing on target.

VJ Base is required!
