"Ripper Tools" require Narthecium to actually work, other than that, they are cosmetic.
Blackwall – Banish enemies to eternal computer Hell. 30 Seconds
Synapse Burnout – Fries enemies brains, killing them. 30 Seconds
Reset Optics – Blinds Players, makes AI accuracy terrible. 10 Seconds
Right now they have a simple cooldown system. To be able to use them, equip the right one im Magazines. Canto is the only different one that makes you able to use Blackwall, the others funtion the same. More Quickhacks will be made soon after I update more.
