SkyPhoenixTweaker – City Improvements – 50 Pop

This mod was made in mind to allow to enjoy megacities in AoW4, including some improvements in some aspects.
Features:
+ Increased Annex Distance bonus to 2 per Upgrade of City Hall, starting bonus is unchanged.
+ Now Maximum Population is 50, also for the need of mod i had to adjust some food supply thresholds.
– The base food supply requirement to gain new citizen starts from 50 and grows further per new citizen
– Required Food supply increases by 10 per every citizen, for each 2 new citizens it increases permanently by additional 10 until the city reaches maximum population (it stops growing at 5730). Food supply thresholds are unchanged in comparison to original variant of the mod, but due to reducing maximum population cap, you need to cumulate overall much less food.
+ You can now annex and build province improvements in underground tunnels (this feature requires to start a new game and permanently affect such world, after uninstalling this mod, only new games wont be affected by this feature anymore).
Griffon 1.0 Update is required for this mod in order to work properly.
