This mod introduces a loyalty dynamic when a liege grants their vassal a higher-tier title that originally belonged to the liege.

Features:
Introduces a decision to configure three settings:
(i) Whether lieges gain loyalty hooks over players who receive liege-owned higher-tier titles? (Default: No)
(ii) Whether AI rulers gain loyalty hooks when granting their own higher-tier titles to vassals?(Default: No)
(iii) Duration of loyalty hooks: 20 Years / Lifetime?(Default: 20 years)
