Brazil tank or leave it

Brazil in 1836
In 1836, Brazil emerges from a turbulent decade marked by instability, regional revolts, and political uncertainty. The young Empire is ruled by a fragile Regency after the abdication of Emperor Pedro I, while the future emperor, Pedro II, is still a child. Across the country, rebellions such as the Cabanagem and the Farroupilha threaten imperial unity and expose the fragility of the nation.
Brazil’s economy depends heavily on slavery and agricultural exports, such as coffee and sugar, while industrialization remains distant and British influence dominates trade. Political factions struggle for control between monarchists, liberals, and growing republican movements.
You inherit a vast and divided nation rich in resources, ambition, and conflict. Guide Brazil toward stability and imperial strength, or reshape it through reform, industrialization, and political transformation.
