Another mod to fix existing regional dynasty legacies: AGOT: Regional Dynasty Legacies , integrate this mod, but sacrifice a bit compatibility.

While playing Free Cities, I notice they lack regional dynasty tracks like those in Westros. I tried to enable Metropolitan for them first, but they already had republican education, making the rank 2 useless. And as we all know, Metropolitan’s only worth are the first three, the rank 4 and rank 5 useless (decision to increase build slot but max 5 slots, so very useless). Then I decide to make them a new one.
The new one is a combination (copies) of some other tracks mainly Metropolitan Law and Guile. Because many codes are embedded in other files (for example, kin rank 2 "better education" is embedded in education codes), I am not diligent enough to make this project big since AGOT team would definitely update at some point, thus every rank is character modifiers like AGOT regional legacies.
The dynasty legacy would be available to any dynasty with cultures (or derived from) in Free Cities. Even though all nine could use it, only 5 of them (Pentoshi, Myrish, Lyseni, Tyroshi, Volantene) out of 9 in AGOT base mod. If the other 4 (braavosi, lorathi, norvoshi, qohorik) exist in game (e.g. Legacy of Valyria), it will work for them as well.
