Many Obsessions
This mod will increase the chances that a culture will develop an obsession and then be very obsessive about it. More than 3 obsessions can develop for a culture, for extra global demand stimulating fun!
NOTE: This only impacts the defines for creating obsessions. I do not touch "goods" files, so as not to be incompatible with other mods. If you want to adjust the obsessiveness with other goods, you are free to use another mod that does that or create your own, if you feel up to editing TXT files in a mod folder.
