You must be subscribed to both of these mods in the first place.

Please report in the comments or in the Discord channel if you see any of the EE functionalities missing OR if there are following issues in the game:
1. Any "Trade Value Modifier", "Local Production Efficiency", "Production Efficiency" bonuses. They should not exist at all.
2. Any duplicates of buildings, monuments etc.
3. Any broken mission trees or events that make no sense.
