Trade Price Fix
in 1.3 no matter how high a pawn Trade Price Improvement is, anything above 50% won’t take effect. essentially cap the buy and sell price at 50% of the market value.
but now in 1.4, the cap for TPI has been removed, and TPI above 50% will now take effect so the discount can go as low as 0.50$. but there still another cap. that is Thing selling price can’t be higher than buying price. so the selling price above 50% will going in reverse until it reach 0.50$
what this mod do is remove the hardcap for selling price. and let player adjust the cap(in percent) for buy and sell.

min buying price is 25% of market value
max selling price is 100% of market value
