Description:
What is this?

This is a simple little mod is to give SkullJacks some Psi Damage so they can pierce the shields granted by Energy Shield Overhaul
This helps to fix the bug of a shielded unit that has been Jacked from visually appearing dead, but still being very much alive.

How?

This mod effects 3 things, the SKULLJACK item, and the SKULLJACK & SKULLMINE abilities.

I create a new WeaponDamageEffect and assign it by OPTC to the above.
Now uses standard config editable ‘base damage’ and only applies on hit, unlike the vanilla effect which has fixed hardcoded values.
Skips ‘shields’, sustain and armour, just like the vanilla effect.
Using Template Master settings I give SkullJacks a HUGE hidden Base Damage of the Psi type (as ESO shields ignore this damage type).

Conflicts and Issues

None known yet, in my testing I even SkullMine killed a shielded full health legendary Custodian Grandmaster.
