Description:

Basil the Macedonian reimagines the 867 start date to restore historical accuracy and add a narrative path for Basileios through events. As of January 1st, 867, Basileios is not yet Basileus but a Co-Emperor, recently elevated by Basileus Michael III, who is still alive at this time.

As Basileios, you begin as a landless administrator and Co-Emperor. If you’re playing as Michael III, the AI-controlled Basileios will not murder you via the scripted event.

This mod modifies the following vanilla files:
– eventsbookmark_events.txt (modded Basil’s starting event)
– historycharactersgreek.txt
– historytitles0_other_titles.txt, 01_admin_titles.txt, k_bulgaria.txt, k_thessalonika.txt
– historywars0_wars.txt
– commonscripted_effects0_tributary_setup_effects.txt

This is just a small mod that only affect 867 AD start date.
