Night Terror – Basement: Cosmic Reskin Mod (With Bonus Content)

The Night Terror mod is mostly a reskin mod at the current moment which changes the first chapter of Isaac on its head and gives it a new celestial coat of paint. Whilst also adding 4 new items and a brand new character.
New Character:
Insom – Insom begins the run with a singular heart and the new item, The Night Terror. Freezing opponents in place and terrifying them with sleep paralysis,
New Items:
Night Terror – As previously stated, the Night Terror will freeze random enemies in the room at random times. Make sure to take your chance at em’ before they begin roaming once more. It also adds a singular Black Heart for that extra layer of safety.
Boost Fuel – Adds 4 extra Soul Hearts to promise a fair upgrade to your health!
Blood Fuel – As edgy as it sounds. Blood Fuel gives you that Boost Fuel feeling with a kick of damage, providing you with 4 Dark Hearts.
Bloom Fuel – Simple and effective, Bloom Fuel will provide you with Two Maxhearts.

The Basement – Enter the Cosmic Dream!
The Cellar – Scavenge through the Cosmic Wasteland.
The Burning Basement – Wander through the Cosmic Nightmare…
What’s changed? – Enemies and Bosses:
Chapter 1 – All Bosses and enemies have been given a completely fresh outlook to match their surroundings, from Cosmic Monstros to Sandal-wearing spiders.
The current build: Currently, due to the fact that the first chapter, is the only part of the game that’s been drastically changed, though it is not necessary, I advise using the BASEMENT seed at the character menu.
