No Pause on paiza

This mod removes the automatic pop-up and the pause when receiving Paiza request interactions from AI characters.
No more losing your train of thought during war just because some count wants a royal autograph.
It won’t delete the requests — you’ll still get them like ransom offers: annoying, but manageable.
