āš”ļø About the Mod

Sol Warriors unleashes a pantheon of overpowered Men-at-Arms regiments built for sandbox power fantasy, divine conquest, and legendary storytelling. Whether you’re forging an empire or crushing heretics, these sacred champions redefine what it means to wage war in Crusader Kings III.

Jaguar Infantry. Leopard Skirmishers. Eagle Pikemen. Mastodon Cavalry. Ostrich Riders. Fire Lancers. Hwachas.
Each unit is semi-mythical, beast-bonded, and blessed with relic weaponry.

There is even a 0 attribute unit, Suicide Jockey, and it would love to escort your unwanteds to an unfortunate battle.

Custom icons and visuals are fully original and stylized to blend with CK3’s UI aesthetic.


šŸ’„ How Strong Are These Units?

They’re strong, but they won’t break the game.
Leopard Forces – (Lv 1 units) 50 points in each attribute
Eagle Forces – (Lv 2 units) 100 in each attribute.
Crocodile Forces – (Lv 3 units) 250 in each attribute.
(These units have vanilla unit types and countering logic)

Demigod Forces – (Lv 4 unit) 500 in each attribute.
This is its own unit type, cannot be countered

No 1000-attack stat bombs here. These warriors are mighty, not broken.

🧠 Why Not Just Max All Stats to 1000?

Because that breaks the engine. CK3 has hard limits – push it too far, and you’ll see infinite levies, negative damage, or other game-breaking nonsense. We’ve all seen it in game or in a YouTube video.
That’s not OP—that’s unusable.

Sol Warriors embraces power, but respects CK3’s design limitations to provide a better user experience.

YOU choose how OP you want to be!

šŸ› ļø Compatibility

This mod is fully modular—no vanilla files are overwritten.

It should be compatible with everything.

šŸ“œ How to Use

1. Activate a decision to open the Sol Warpriest Menu.
2. Choose a Warpriest Trait – each unlocks a unique set of divine troops and special regiments.
3. Use decisions or character interactions to summon:
Inheritable Special Troops forces for yourself
Non-Inheritable Troops for the moments that require them.
4. Recruit Men-at-Arms Regiments tied to your chosen trait.

Each Warpriest path reflects a sacred beast or celestial force—choose wisely.
Note – you can change your Warpriest path at will in the decision menu.

Why are the MAA Units and Special Troops regiments locked behind traits?
There are a 4 levels of units, and each Special Troops is comprised of each unit in the tier level.
It’s also thematic and lore oriented.
