Updated for 07-Sep-2021 update

Contains three buildings (in their own build menu)
-Compressed Air Storage (CAS)
-Compressed Water Storage (CWS)
-High Efficiency Capacitor HEC)

Each cost
50 Concrete, 50 Metal, 50 Polymer.
CAS & CWS require 5 Machine Parts as well whereas
HEC needs 5 Electronics instead.

CAS & CWS store 1000 by default, fully upgraded stores 21 500.
HEC stores 10 000 by default, fully upgraded stores 160 000.
