🔸Summary:The Aérospatiale SA 330 Puma is a utility or medium transport helicopter, twin-engined with a four-blade main rotor, designed for both civilian and military use. It was developed in the 1960s and originally manufactured by the French company Sud Aviation. After 1970, following the company’s merger with other French aerospace manufacturers, it was produced by the newly formed Aérospatiale. The helicopter was also built under license in the United Kingdom by Westland Aircraft and in Romania by IAR S.A. Brașov.
