Note that this mod generally doesn’t require updates for new game versions.
All features can be enabled or disabled anytime and only affect player.
This is a sub-mod of Westernized Uniforms. You need to subscribe both mods.

Overview
- Allow player to customize uniforms anytime via a journal entry.
- Use the decision "Design Uniforms" to activate the JE.
- Western countries can take the decision anytime.
- Other countries must complete the JE "Adopt Western Culture" first, details:

- No vanilla files were overwritten, so it should be compatible with most mods.
- However, it might not work well with mods that have similar features.
Localization
- English, Chinese.
