Allows gun turrets to traverse individually

!IMPORTANT! please load ABOVE NTU, DO NOT load with the other version of GSI

Currently Supported Ships:
– Iowa-class
– Iowa-class ’68
– Iowa-class ’89
– Gearing-class FRAM I
– Gearing-class FRAM II
