[B42] Moodle Descriptions Expanded
Do not ask me to mod the tooltip UI, this has been discussed. Moodles_UI tooltips seem to be hard-coded differently in Build 42, and thus – showing the descriptions vertically is impossible.

MDE aims to re-write vanilla descriptions to be less vague and provide players with more informational negative or positive status effects caused by in game Moodles by introducing the appropriate +/-% and qualitative ratings to indicate severity of status effects.
This mod is by no means related to any other previous Moodle description mods – This mod is purely based on my own interpretations and of the translators who have contributed to the mod.
All descriptions should be represented accurately according to PZWiki Moodles[pzwiki.net].
• Compatible with everything that does not change Moodle descriptions.
• Compatible with Survival HUD
• For the best possible compatability, just to be sure. Enable the mod after any moodle mod.
• Ongoing save compatible.
