Updated for 07-Sep-2021 update

Modified version of the MOXIE.
This version is able to work during dust storms (who needs air storage???)
Cost 10 Metal.
Requires 4 power
Output 4 Oxygen

Slight different colouring to the standard MOXIE to help see which is which.

3 upgrades
– mag filtering (as per standard moxie)
– blade improvements, unlocked by researching wind turbine upgrade
– Turbo, free and available once built, 5x base output vs 10x maintenance build up

This building is locked behind the Magnetic Filtering upgrade.
