This mod removes the research time and the required officer and makes everything available from the beginning on.

I decided to let the costs for reputation like they were. Mainly for players who want to maintain a little bit more reality
Use Console to get Reputation if you need to:
Reputation X
X for the amount you need.
There are still associated costs to installation of the upgrades – just use console if you don’t want to farm.
You have to start a new game to use this mod!
already created saves with this mod are not affected by its updates
If you’re having problems with this mod, try to put it first, then last in your mod list. If theres still a problem another mod probably overrides it.

Zum Aktivieren des Mods muss ein neuer Spielstand angelegt werden. Updates des Mods haben keinen Einfluss auf bestehende Spielstände.
Bei Problemen mit dem Mod, entweder an den Anfang oder ans Ende der Mod Liste packen. Wenns dann immer noch nicht funktioniert werden die Settings vermutlich von einem anderen Mod überschrieben
