BM-30+PHL-03远程火箭炮 BM-30+PHL-03 Multiple Rocket Launcher (MLRS)
BM-30“龙卷风”火箭炮是苏联在20世纪80年代研制的远程火箭炮系统。
中国在了解了部分BM30技术基础上，自行研制出PHL-03式多管火箭炮系统。PHL-03火箭炮系统在2004至2005年左右进入解放军服役。
The BM-30 Tornado was a long-range rocket system developed by the Soviet Union in the 1980s.
While PHL-03 is based on a partial understanding of the BM30 technology, and the PHL03 rocket system entered service with the PLA around 2004-2005.
模型和弹药模型本人制作，其中有一部分采用了官方的苏联S-300模型，请不要在该游戏以外使用。
注意：
1.目前模型和参数给的可能比较草率。如果觉得参数有问题可以提供对应数据。比如我给高精度火箭弹设计的弹道好像比较唐。改进型装备命中率比较哈人，可能还需要改改。如果需要让bm30添加炮射侦查无人机的话，要等等我以后更新，目前还不会做飞行器。
2.后续可能会优化贴图。
3.目前集束弹头的功能性在特定情况可能会有问题，仍需要修改; 除此之外，phl03可以选择多种挂载，里面分了高爆弹头和集束弹头以及是否可用于对付动目标等多种火箭弹，使用的时候请正确选择！！！
4.****出于性价比的考虑，强烈建议拿火箭弹来反舰，骗走大部分防空导弹后再使用专业的反舰导弹。****
For cost-effective reason, it’s highly recommended to take rockets to anti-ships and cheat away most of the anti-aircraft missiles before using specialized anti-ship missiles.
