Gnomish Hierarchy Rework
The Gnomish Hierarchy mission tree, while not the worst or most outdated in Cannor, is definitely lacking in comparison to their gnomish cousins in Giberd or newer trees such as the one in Kobildzan. This mod is an attempt to spruce up the mission tree, by reworking the rewards and requirements of preexisting missions, as well as adding in some new ones.
Despite the title of the mod, this is not a full rework of the Gnomish Hierarchy, as an official rework is already in discussion on the anbennar discord as far as I know. This is more so a quick bodgejob to make the nation a bit more fun in the meantime. As a result of the patchwork nature of the mod, much of it is repurposed from other mission trees (notably Giberd, Kobildzan, as well as the brilliant Reverian mission tree from the ACE submod (permission was granted. check out their submod, it’s good stuff)). The upside of this is that it should be relatively balanced according to the standards set up by people more clever and creative than me!
If you are looking to play this mod, remember that this is primarily a Gnomish Hierarchy rework, and that the initial Nimscodd missions have only gotten a few minor things tweaked. Most of the changes to the mission tree come upon reforming the GH.
The mod is designed for the steam version of anbennar, but it’ll probably work with the bitbucket/gitlab version, but expect some iffiness with newer content. Other than that, it is fairly lightweight and should work with most other mods, such as the monuments mod collection.
