Tang Class
The Tang class was the first diesel electric submarine produced by the United States after WWII using features from the German Type XXI U-boat. This gave the Tang Class better submerged performance than her predecessors at the cost of worse surfaced performance. They were in service from the 50s to the 80s, and even as late as 2004 after USS Tang was transferred to the Turkish Navy, though only 6 were built as they were surpassed by the higher performing nuclear boats entering service starting 1954.
This mod adds a custom model of the Tang class submarine. Sea Lifter and Anchor Chain is required to load it into the game.
New Threat Upgrade is required for weapons
I also added the BQR-2 sonar and BPS-12 radar that this class used.

It may seem like 32 torpedoes is a lot, but the references I found indicate that 2 mk-37 could fit in the same space 1 mk-16 would fit in, so I took a reasonable guess and replaced 8 of the mk-16s with 16 mk-37s. this leaves 12 mk-16s, 2 mk-45s, and 20 mk-37s (4 of these are in the aft tubes).
USS Trigger was selected to test the mk-48 in 1970, So I added a loadout for 22 mk-48s and 4 mk-37s
