  • 🌟 Civilization Catalyst: 12 historically-inspired effects from Saturnalia to World Expo


Core Mechanics
  1. Happiness Generation
    • Each positive amenity → 1 Happiness • Full-Loyalty cities → 5% Loyalty converted • Example: 10 amenities + 100 Loyalty city (20 loyalty per turn) = 11 Happiness/turn

  2. Celebration Trigger
    • Selection popup at Happiness threshold • Lasts 10 turns (standard speed) • Guaranteed Wildcard Policy Slot

  3. Era-Locked Effects
    Ancient Era: Folksong of Harvest/Warsong of Beacon Medieval Era: Diagram of Mysteries/Gathering of Poems Industrial Era: Epic of Nation/March of Triumph
