Universal Wardrobe (0.2)

Welcome to the 2.0! This update is rather smaller, yet it’s sort of inaugural for the future updates to come. For now, these are the highlights of the update:
- 47 new individual clothing items, most of them made by Tea-Loving Lad
- New aspect for the Customization table and it’s dyes.
I guess that’s it, now go and play!

Don’t you feel that sometimes the appearance of npcs gets a bit, uhm, stale? Wouldn’t you like to see the vanilla “wardrobe” to be a bit more variated and less generic? Well, say no more! Universal Wardrobe was created with the intent of giving a bit more of spice to the npcs of the game by adding not only fully and original new outfits, but also a lot of variants for outfits of this mod and vanilla Starbound.

- New crafting table: Customization Desk. This table will give you access to a lot of variants and new items, such as unique clothing items and dyes.
- 24 new Back items.
- 164 new Head items, along with 100 new variants (vanilla and modded).
- 50 new Chest items, along with 87 new variants (vanilla and modded).
- 41 new Leg items, along with 12 new variants (vanilla and modded).
- 55 brand new Costume Boxes.
- 5 new codexes.
- 48 new dyes.

Hey! here is a list with all the mods compatible with Universal Wardrobe. Also, yes, this is compatible with Frackin Universe
Besides the compatible mods, here are a couple of mods recommended to play alongside Universal Wardrobe: Miniknog Rearmed, Historical Armor and its distribution patch, Infinite Storage and OpenStarbound (Which is not a mod, yet its new cosmetic slots allow for even more variated and unique outfits!).

– Armok : A big thanks to him for helping me refine the writing of the codexes and item descriptions, while also making helpful suggestions for the mod.
– Tea-Loving Lad : A big shoutout to him for helping me with a lot of colorful and frankly amazing clothing additions to the mod.
– Pixelflame : Shoutout to her too for contributing with the Scientist Skirt item.

As I said, 2.0 is sort of an inaugural update. When I uploaded this mod, I said that next updates wouldn’t be on the scale of what was added in the release version, yet when I found myself planning the contents of the 2.0, I realized that I just did that! Instead, I decided to divide it into batches. I can at least talk of the next updates to some degree (this is subject to change):
- 0.2.1 – Focused on adding a couple of outfits for some of the base villagers in the game, and perhaps 2 or 3 new npcs.
- 0.2.2 – Update focused mostly on Floran clothing stuff.
- 0.2.3 – This updated is focused on expanding the space stuff. There are a couple of unique armors (actual armors) and small dungeons planned here.
As for other mods, I don’t like to talk much about stuff I have little to no progress, so this is the stuff I’m sure to be releasing eventually at least:
- Last update for Gyrojets! (besides hotfixes and stuff).
- New update for the Risk of Rain mod. New visuals and objects mostly.
- Project Parasprite mod. New stuff, new objects, new monsters, new dungeons and a lot of unique lore for this little part of the game.
- Protectorate mod. A lore expansion for the Protectorate, which is close to being released! New objects and decorations, outfits, npcs and a lot of new lore in form of codices.
That’s it for today!
