The mod adds 3 new kingdoms. Prussia, Karelia and Livonia. Livonia can be created in vanilla via a decision, I just added this title de jure to the map.

The County of Memel from the Duchy of Samogitia and the County of Scalovia from the Duchy of Lithuania were transferred to the Duchy of Prussia.
