Tomcat Loadouts
Adds additional air-to-air loadouts for the F-14A, its Iranian Brother, as well as the F-14B with a bunch of air-to-ground options, as well as fixing the fire control channels of the AN/AWG-9 when firing Sparrows, reducing the target channels of the AN/AVQ-23 Pave Spike to 1 and adding the option to use the TCS optic without running the radar.

Additional anti ground Loadouts added for the F-14B (air-to-air replaces AIM-54A and AIM-9L with AIM-54C and AIM-9M).
