ALLR had too much technical debt, so I made a new one.
No longer shall you be denied the DLC features YOU paid for!
Having Scollable Legacies or some similar mod is a hard requirement!
This loosens the accessibility of every DLC dynasty legacy track.
Players (should) always have access to EVERY TRACK (as long as they are dynasty head, of course)
