Yes, Just another mod which adds barbed wire.
Balance Note: works well for modded game, but breaks the base game balance, so not recommended for not-modded game.

1. Adds barbed wire that slows down pawns.
– Barbed wire can be built of any metal material.
– Supports metals from mods.
– Each costs 4 steel/plasteel/gold/etc.
– "pathCost" (time to pass through) = 240. (Soil = 2, Marsh = 15, Sandbags = 40)
– Pawns will try to avoid it if there’s a faster path near.
– Doesn’t deal damage to pawns.
– Doesn’t provide any cover from gunfire.

Installation: no known problems.
Remove: no known problems.
