Field-Expedient Armor
A common form of improvised armor seen on Allied and Axis tanks alike was the application of spare track links to the hull and turret.
This mod equips some tanks with add-on armor, granting them additional defensive capabilities.
In official settings, the equivalent thickness of tank tracks is subject to a reduction factor, meaning their actual protective value does not match the displayed numerical value.
