Description:

Welcome to my attempt at a Halo overhaul for Cosmoteer!

Newest Update: 0.21.0

Huge Overhaul: Changed the stats of every part to make the mod more balanced towards the vanilla game and other mods.

Text Rework: Changed the names of most parts to reduce the visual clutter, along with improving some descriptions.

Categorized Parts: Put alike parts in collapsible ‘folders’, similar to how the base game’s different armor plates are, but for every part. (I.E. UNSC PD turrets are all stored together in the same spot.)

Added UNSC Shields: They don’t need an external power source (batteries and Pinch Fusion Reactors) and recharged more than twice as fast as Covenant shields, but they are much weaker and more expensive.

Added a UNSC Emergency Thruster: They work by you manually firing them while controlling a ship, pushing you in the direction their pointed.

Added the UNSC Blightlance Laser: A fast firing MAC cannon alternative that does huge damage to shields.

Added the UNSC Medusa Missile Pod: The same missiles used on the FSS-100 Sabre, essentially a smaller, weaker Archer missile that uses power.

Added a UNSC 50mm Cannon: A heavy fighter weapon.

Added both UNSC and Covenant cockpits: Smallest ‘bridge’ available, 1×2.

Added a Covenant Focus Cannon: A strong, sustained beam used on Scarabs for mining.

Added a Fuel Rod Cannon: An anti-armor fighter weapon used on Covenant fighters and bombers.

Added a bigger Covenant Plasma Lance: The Ignis-patten Plasma Lance is used on some of the biggest Covenant capital ships, such as the Ket-pattern Battlecruiser (CCS) and the Ruma-pattern Light Carrier (DDS)

Gave the Covenant Impulse Drive FTL capabilities, based on Halo: Reach’s spacefighter section.

Gave all Covenant Repulsors the ability to be put inside a ships hull, allowing for easier use.

Removed parts: All armor parts bigger than 3×3 (due to major stability issues when destroyed), all hanger bays (I didn’t have time to redo these before release, so this is temporary), UNSC M33 Spitfire (not enough time), the old M60 Sentry (too big) and the large UNSC cruiser fusion drive (too big).

A lot of bug/inconsistencies fixed.
