[1.13 continued] State Transfer Tool UI

这个模组可以让你以一种极其简单的方式实现对于任何省份地块的转移、宣称以及获得核心，不仅适用于你的国家与ai国家之间，也可作用于两个ai国家之间，让您把任何国家变成任何你想让它成为的样子。

这个模组并非是由我制作的，而是对原版的 State Transfer Tool UI 汉化模组修改了部分代码，使其适用于 1.13 版本。

由于原版本作者长时间未更新，作为一名版图强迫症人士，我上传了这个模组。

修复了点击海军设计器界面，海峡界面会导致崩溃等问题。

This mod allows you to transfer, claim, and acquire cores of any province in an extremely simple way. It works not only between your nation and AI nations but also between two AI nations, letting you transform any nation into whatever you want it to be.

This mod was not created by me; rather, it’s a localization of the original State Transfer Tool UI mod, with some code modifications to make it compatible with version 1.13.

Since the original author hasn’t updated it for a long time, as someone who suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder regarding the integrity of the national territory, I uploaded this mod.

• There is an arrow in the upper right corner where the time is displayed. Click it to enable this tool.
• No need to enable it at the same time as the original mod.
• Added the on/off decision based on the original mod.
