[1.13 continued] State Transfer Tool UI
This mod allows you to transfer, claim, and acquire cores of any province in an extremely simple way. It works not only between your nation and AI nations but also between two AI nations, letting you transform any nation into whatever you want it to be.
This mod was not created by me; rather, it’s a localization of the original State Transfer Tool UI mod, with some code modifications to make it compatible with version 1.13.
Since the original author hasn’t updated it for a long time, as someone who suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder regarding the integrity of the national territory, I uploaded this mod.

- There is an arrow in the upper right corner where the time is displayed. Click it to enable this tool.
- No need to enable it at the same time as the original mod.
- Added the on/off decision based on the original mod.
Fixed an issue where clicking the naval battle interface would cause a crash.
Fixed issues such as crashes caused by clicking on the Navy Designer interface and the Strait interface.
Adapted to version 1.13, fixed issues such as the main UI disappearing and crashes caused by clicking on character interfaces.
Adapted to 1.9. Fixed crashes caused by clicking on the world market, commodity information, drafting treaties, viewing treaties, etc.
