Description:

– All countries have no researched technologies. The exception is the Standing Army. After several tests, I had to leave it so that the countries would have an army. For some reason, the computer does not want to fight only with conscripts.

– Significantly increased AI aggressiveness;
– Increased bad reputation decay;

– The starting date is 1730. Why? T1 technologies require 7500 research points according to the base, and there are a lot of them (T2, for example, 10,000). Reducing the starting date will help to eventually research the entire tree. In all other respects, except for the date, it is still the same 1836 with its population, etc.

– All countries have landowner laws (you can see them in the screenshots).

– Based on the wiki page, as of patch 1.8, the total population has been calculated and divided by the number of existing provinces.
https://vic3.paradoxwikis.com/List_of_state_regions

– In cases where a province has multiple cultures of different cultures, the total population is divided equally between the cultures.

– This equality allows the province to be considered native to everyone in its culture.

– According to the game mechanics, 1/4 of the population is able-bodied, the rest are dependents.

-1/4 of the able-bodied population
was converted into slaves. This was done so that the slavery law would have a greater impact on the game in regions where slavery was long abolished, otherwise it would be as if there was a law, 0 slaves.

– The literacy and wealth of the population are probably minimal. Based on these parameters and buildings (which are non-existent except for barracks), the entire population is automatically assigned at the start of the game

– Arable land and resources are not redistributed or leveled. They still remain vanilla, which can cause severe famine in some regions where there is little arable land. See the recommended mods.

– Recommended settings for the game:
Aggressiveness and max.
